Hello Arepa followers! It has been a long, exciting, nerve-racking and patience-trying two months, but we’re finally getting close.
Two weeks from today (September 20th), Hello Arepa will be ready to roll. Our plan is to do a “soft launch” that week, just a few small events (times and location TBA). We’ll then jump head-first into culinary madness that is the Food Truck Rodeo.
From now on, you can expect regular fb, twitter and blog updates, as things will be happening fast and furious for the next few weeks.

I just bought a truck. Holy crap, I just bought a truck. It’s a bit bigger than I’d planned on, which is not a bad thing. I’ll actually have a little breathing room in there and will be able to expand if need be. Also, it was cheap. So, I’ll be able to spend some money on the mechanics and still be in a good spot when I start buying equipment for it.
